Mr Warren was polite and introduced himself (he didn't introduce the 2 medical students in with him though, or ask if I was happy for them to be there). Mr Warren had read through my case notes and had a reasonable idea of my history. He had identified a couple of areas where he wasnt sure of my story and made a point of clarifying them. His manner was efficient but friendly and gave me ample opportunity to express my feelings and concerns. On examing me this was done quickly and he checked to make sure I was comfortable. Overall a good experience, unusually good for a surgeon!

my appointment was timely and mr Warner was very friendly and clear in relating the details of my sigmoidoscopy and CT scan. As a symptom other than his specialty was revealed by the scan he was very pro active and ordered a new chest CT scan for me. When i reached CT appointments at Chelsea Westminster they knew immediately who i was and gave me an immediate time and my scan was done directly after my appointment with Mr. Warren. When CT told me to report back to him he came out to see me directly after his patient consult to tell me he would add the information to my report. This was very reassuring and helpful. This appointment was entirely satisfactory and patient friendly.

I only met Mr Warren briefly for a post colonoscopy review but was put immediately at ease and enabled to take informed decisions about my "non- condition" going forward.

Dr Warren was excellent with me today. Apart from the fact that he thoroughly examined me, he made me feel comfortably and safe around him. He listened to my anxieties in regards to my operation and gave me solutions and strength to carry on with my recovery. A big thank you! Elena

Saw Mr Warren after my husband had Whipples Surgery. He is part of the Hepatobillary & Pancreatic team. His patience and obvious caring meant a great deal to us and he never rushed us from the clinic but took the time to answer our many question. Any patient that will see him will be very lucky.
